Welcome to “Highcroft Estate”

For years, I’ve stood proudly on just over 5 acres of Greenbank’s lush landscape, cradling families, laughter, and memories within my walls. I’ve been more than a home – I’ve been a retreat, a playground, a sanctuary, and yes, even a source of prosperity.

I’ve watched families gather around my open-plan living spaces, warmed by the flicker of the freestanding furnace. I’ve seen meals lovingly prepared in my granite-bench kitchen, served to smiles that carried through to my wide entertaining spaces. I’ve been the backdrop to birthdays, pool parties, movie nights, and lazy Sunday mornings where life slowed down just enough to be savoured.

But I’ve also been a provider. Over time, I became more than a family home – I became a destination. Guests from near and far found joy within me, booking me out year-round, helping my owners earn an incredible income of around $180,000 per year through Airbnb. I became a place where stories from all walks of life intertwined, where holidays were celebrated, and where strangers left as friends.

I’ve loved being that for them.

Beyond my main residence, I welcomed new stories through my self-contained granny flat. Built in 2014, it has given independence to teenagers, comfort to extended family, and opportunity to investors. Its light-filled rooms, modern finishes, and private entrance make it a world of its own – yet still part of me.

Outdoors, I’ve been alive with energy. My wraparound patio has hosted barbecues, laughter echoing across the lawn as the smell of sizzling food drifted into the air. My sparkling saltwater pool and spa have been filled with splashes and joy. My games room has kept the fun going long after the sun dipped behind the trees.

And all the while, I’ve stood strong, powered by my 13.2kW solar, secured by Crimsafe doors, and sustained by my water tanks – ready for whatever tomorrow brings.

Now, it’s time. My family has lived, loved, and thrived here, but I’m ready for my next chapter. I’m ready for new owners to write their story with me – whether that’s as a thriving income-producing retreat, a multigenerational haven, or simply a family’s dream home in the peace of Greenbank.

I’ve given so much, but I have so much more to give.
