I first felt life in every beam and board the day my foundations settled into this 800-square-metre patch of Queensland soil. I was 233 square metres of hope, laughter, heartache, celebrations, small everyday moments – everything that makes a house a home.

Sometimes, I’ve held tight to memories so vivid: borne witness to quiet moments of comfort: a parent soothing a child, friends gathered with tea and hope, the solace in solitude.

But I know: everything evolves. Change is part of my architecture. And now, I feel that my story is ready to pass into new hands.

Dear future owner, when you draw open my curtains, may you fill the rooms with new light. When you walk over my floors, let your footsteps echo fresh memories. Laugh in my living room, dine in my kitchen, breathe dreams in every corner. Let me be your shelter, your witness, your canvas.

I promise you: the walls will hold your laughter just as they held the last. The windows will open to your mornings. The garden will embrace your footsteps. Though I am rooted in the past, I am also ready for you.

So move in. Make messes. Host dinners. Heal, grow, dream. Let me become your home. Let us write the next chapter together.
