This is a great looking home. Tiled roof, rendered brick, modern design and appearance. This is not a starter home, (could be if you’ve recently come into some money) but for most, it’s likely the 2nd or 3rd in our ever changing lifestyle as things move on.

Someone in the family got an electric car? You’ve got a double garage to put it in and the home has solar so taking the edge of the electric bill is under control, selling any daytime surplus back to your provider.

I highly recommend taking a look at the satellite view in Google maps. You get an appreciation for the area and it’s ample parklands and places to walk the pooch, or the kids if you can rip them off the game consoles. ( buy them a bike, tell em you traded it for the Xbox, they may not forgive you but they’ll get used to it. Or they’ll move out when they’re older,,, more room for you).
